We are a summer swim team for kids ages 4-18.  Kids swim indoors, have fun all summer long, and build life-saving swim skills.

Whether you’re a beginner learning how to swim, you love the wat4er but haven't learned formal strokes, or you're a competitive swimmer aiming for new personal bests, the Gators is perfect for you!

We welcome swimmers of ALL abilities! Dive in and discover the excitement of swimming with us.

We believe swimming is not just a sport, but a life skill. Our experienced coaches will carefully evaluate each swimmer and help them grow in ability, confidence, and love of the water.

The Socorro Ragin' Gators is a competitive, summer league swim team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for kids ages 5-18. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at their level of ability, from beginning to seasoned competitive swimmers. 

The Gators swim team was established in 2009. Our team is fun, the races are short distances, and our athletes learn to become better swimmers. Our program focuses on teaching competitive elements of swimming including proper stroke technique, starts, turns and finishes. 

The season runs May1st - mid July with afternoon practices while the kids are still in school and morning practices the rest of the season. 

The total cost is $450 per child (with discounts for siblings).  This includes 45+ practices in May, June and July, 7-8 competitions, their team t-shirt, swim cap, awards banquet, and several activities.  Payment plans are available.  We also offer scholarships for families in need, apply here: https://forms.gle/ZFeZ5TdCW7np8CVbA
