2026 Practice Schedule

Please contact coach Annia for additional details on practice dates and times depending on age group.
We are still swimming, but our days, times and locations are temporarily changing until the pool reopens.
Our season will start Monday, May 18th. Here is our schedule for May:
- Mondays - dryland @ the SAC
- Tuesdays - swim at Kilkenny
- Wednesdays - dryland @ the SAC
- Thursdays - off
- Fridays - swim at Kilkenny
- Saturdays - swim at Kilkenny
Dryland days: these will be physical activity working on conditioning, strength training and building swim skills outside of the water through swim-specific motions. No swimsuits needed on these days. Wear workout clothes, tennis shoes (NO CROCS), wear sun protection and bring water! Dryland will be 5:30-7pm - 5:30-6:15 for 5-10 year olds and 6:15-7 for 11-18 year olds
Kilkenny swim practices: 9900 Edgemere Blvd, El Paso Tx 79925 Kilkenny has graciously allowed us to rent lanes and use their pool so our team is not cancelled for the season. Their pool is outdoors so please ensure you put on sunscreen before you leave the house so it doesn't melt into the water. Bring your swim equipment including suits, goggles, caps, fins, kickboards, snorkel, water and a towel. Here are the practice times:
- 5-6pm: 10 and unders
- 6-7pm - 11-18 year olds
**For information on 4-6 year old practice times and location, please contact coach Alex at 817-818-7158. 4-6 year olds will only practice at the SAC if they are able to swim 25 yards unassisted. If they have basic swim skills but are not ready to swim the full 25 yards, they will participate in a separate practice twice per week at a different location (heated pool with a coach in the water) until they are ready to swim 25 yards at the SAC.
